Could it be KYKN? I thought I heard that they just acquired a LPFM.

Gator and his wife are leaving the state for non related reasons to KYKN. Denise has a full time job she’s never left, she was not fully employed by KYKN.
As for KSLM AM/FM there will be new talk shows coming…

Death hits KYKN twice in a week…owner Mike Frith lost his wife of 47 years to cancer a week ago Saturday. That’s a lot for one little station.

Ha! Hillary Clinton and Ted Cruz are now the “establishment” since we’ve gone SO far left and SO far right now in the country…who’da thunk it?

I don’t know if this fits but the summer Purple Rain came out, I was doing overnights at KBOY FM in Medford. Doc Jones was afternoons and Rick St. Clair was PD. Doc went to see that movie and declared it “The greatest movie in history” and that we HAD to play every song repeatedly all day every day!
Well….Rick didn’t but we did play a lot of “When Doves Cry” and others from that record.
Of course Doc lived in his car outside the station…but that’s another story.
I thought Prince’s Super Bowl appearance a few years ago was legendary.

Actually from the same site, this is the better gauge of who’s what.

Broadway will be busy doing what he does EVERY week: feeding the homeless under the bridges in Salem. Maybe some of his detractors here ought to try it sometime.

Westboro Baptist “Church” is not a church, it’s a family of attorneys who do this for one reason only: lawsuits. They thrive and survive on big settlements from idiots that lose their cool at one of the WBC “protests”.
NO one needs to counter their “protests”. Just ignore them.

There’s a lot that you don’t know about Broadway cause he lives the life the way it’s supposed to be lived.

    clap, clap, clap……
I am so happy that there are folks doing so well that they have the time to type something that I don’t have the time to read.
This is a new masterpiece example of verbosity kskd. Well done. I wish I could read the whole thing but gotta go.
    Cheers!
