My question is about conforming to the letter of the FCC rules, not the likelihood of an enforcement action. 🙂

    Hypothetical station:

    1) Licensed as KXYZ-FM at 99.9
    2) Community of license is Boring.
    3) They’re in HD.
    4) They’re also rebroadcast in Drain on translator K201DD 88.1.
    5) They stream on their web page kxyz.com.

Noting their official license info, is this a legal ID:

“Broadcasting in HD this is 99.9 KXYZ Boring, rebroadcast on translator 88.1 K201DD Drain. And streaming at kxyz.com”

If that doesn’t conform to the letter of the rules, how would it need to be rearranged to conform?
