IMHO, not the greatest choice. He’s anti-abortion and that could test the feminist vote. Yep, he’s “safe” but not sure safe works in this particular election.
I would’ve rather seen Bernie or Warren, but no doubt Clinton has her reasons and that works for me. Let the games begin 🙂
Anti-abortion doesn’t have to mean anti-choice. It can mean providing contraception and education, as well as living wages for single parents that would make it more likely for the women to choose to keep the child. If the Dems can successfully spin anti-abortionaism in that way, they would be unstoppable on that issue.
Nice contrast with Pence although VP candidates usually not all that important unless a meatball like Palin.
