The lawsuit suggests that Clinton’s use of a private email server contributed to the deaths of Smith and Woods, adding that terrorists were able to “obtain the whereabouts of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. State Department and covert and other government operations in Benghazi, Libya and subsequently orchestrate, plan, and execute the now infamous September 11, 2012 attack.”
“Having used a secret private email server that we now know was used to communicate with Ambassador Christopher Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and which we also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia, China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary Clinton allegedly negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of the plaintiffs’ sons, resulting in a deadly terrorist attack that took their lives,” Klayman said in a statement announcing the suit.
I expect the liberal media will ignore this as well. A spat with a gold star parent (because of a war Hillary supported and Trump did not) will be reported ad nauseam, but Hillary will once again skate regardless of her ACTIONS. (It must be nice to have the media totally in the tank for your candidate).August 8, 2016 at 10:06 pm #22442radiodorkSpectator
Hillary Clinton is dangerously ignorant. For someone who has been around for so long, how come she continues to have such poor judgement? And yes Bacon, the media is in bed with Hillary especially CNN aka The Clinton network. Im guessing her brain has been short circuiting again. Hillary had the concussion back in 2012 and it sounds like it did permanent damage to her brain. Maybe it was her concussion that has caused all of this pathological lying she has been doing.

It’s a conspiracy.
Or you’re both credulous idiots.

I always thought conservatives were against “frivolous” lawsuits?August 9, 2016 at 1:28 pm #22470Andy BrownParticipant
And this is totally frivolous. There have been what 7? 9? investigations into this and all of them found there was no wrongdoing by Clinton.
You can’t win a lawsuit without some evidence.
There is none.
Then again there is no good news about drumpf for Bacon to post, so dorque and the Pope are relegated to posting faux bad stuff about the next President, Hillary Clinton.August 9, 2016 at 1:54 pm #22474edselehrParticipant
I could sue Dork and Bacon right now for punitive damages, because of the way they have slaughtered and twisted the truth beyond all recognition.
A lawsuit means nothing. Anybody can sue anyone anytime for anything. The court decides if it is frivolous, and I’m sure they will in this case.
But it is funny to see the Trump campaign already reaching to the very bottom of their bag of election tricks this early. Didn’t they get the memo that you don’t try to sell any new ideas in August?
EDIT ADD: Even Fox “News” sees how frivolous this lawsuit is:
