It does take a lot of nerve to pull something like this off.
What is perhaps too “bad” is that this station broadcasts on FM just to the surrounding community, so there is virtually no chance of DXers in surrounding areas outside of the conflict zone being able to tune in. Perhaps it is a sign of the times in that I have the stereotypical notion that up until about the 1990s, these types of underground stations would have been on shortwave.
They will have to work on the streaming.
