Yep, I actually agree with you Brian. However, there are some that will say he deserves a chance to get it done in ’17, plus that lesser buy-out. But it is almost as likely he will be fired tomorrow. Drama in Eugene!
He’s lost his chance. One he probably shouldn’t have had in the first place. UO has no choice but to fire him at this point. Sooner the better.
Oregon has two games left, they won’t fire him until after the Civil War. Plus, Helfrich’s replacement is most likely employed elsewhere and can’t leave until after their season ends, and there are no big names to go get right this moment.
