I am thinking about replacing my older Dodge Caravan with a new 2016. Does anyone have a later model Dodge Caravan? If so, how is the AM/FM Radio as far as reception goes? The older ones were pretty decent. Thanks.

Perhaps pick a spot and do a little side by side comparison on dx stations. Is downtown Astoria in the summer still pretty good for Seattle stations? Several years ago I found that the parking lot in front of the Custard House seemed to work better for Seattle FM than up by the Astoria columm…

I don’t know if this is applicable but I have the opportunity to drive a Dodge Mini-van and selectivity and image rejection are very good. This is how I picked up 93.7 in Nob Hill with no interference.

Thanks. It looks like the old MoPar radios are still good.

The Dodge Chrysler MiniVans were the worse vehicles
I’ve ever owned…but the radios did sound ok.
Would not own one past 5 years…sell it.

What was wrong with it? I have had an 89 and a 97 and both were fine, except I drive the wheels off anything I use.

In the late 90s, were any Dodge Caravan radios still offering AM stereo? I recall that in the 1980s, it was a standard feature.

    The 97 didn’t, but the 89 did.
