The Whitman College radio station dodged a bullet and has had its license reinstated/renewed. Apparently for the entire duration of its previous renewal, the bozo artsies at Whitman have not met any of the few FCC requirements for keeping track of public file matters at all. But with all that money, they hired a good lawyer and weaseled out of the problem.
