When they made the move from 95.3 to 97.9 it was a major power increase.

IIRC, 95.3 is/was a 320-watt height-compensated C3, compared to 97.9 being either a C or C0, that I don’t know. What I do remember was their ability to cross-promote the switch by simulcasting 95.3 and 97.9 for a period of time, which they obviously won’t be able to do here.
