KIZN And KQFC Hires Hank Aaron For PD Duties

CUMULUS Country KIZN (KISSIN’ 92.3) and KQFC/BOISE has hired HANK AARON as the stations’ new PD. Additionally, he will host middays on KISSIN 92.3.

AARON was most recently at CBS RADIO Country KMPS/SEATTLE, and has over 25 years of experience working in the Country format. He also spent time in programming at DIAL GLOBAL and was a PD for JONES RADIO NETWORKS.

“HANK is going to be a tremendous addition to our staff. His experience with the talent and the Country format on a national level will give us the competitive edge to continue to dominate the Country arena in BOISE,” said CUMULUS Market Manager DON MORIN.

“I am thrilled to be working with a great group of radio pro’s at both of these dominant stations in the BOISE market. Also, honored to be working with BOB RALEIGH, JAN JEFFRIES, MIKE McVAY and the entire CUMULUS family,” said HANK.

As ALL ACCESS previously reported (NET NEWS 12/10), former PD RICH SUMMERS left this post after 14 years with the cluster.
