I noticed yesterday (12/29/11) that a new program called The Dailey Wrap is on during M&D's time slot. Did they get blown out? What's going on?

That is what it has basically been, anyway. The 6-7 hour was a repeat of 3-4 for the most part.

  6. Yes, I believe it was in late October M&D intimated to their audience about their last show on KEX. Right after that, the repeats started.

Too bad their show has gotten so political. It used to be a fun show to listen to. Pretty much the same thing on the morning show.

  8. I'll add this to the mix. This was posted on stumptownblogger yesterday:

"I see in my crystal ball big changes coming to KEX."

What could this mean? Stoner is always ahead of the news on these kinds of things.

Maybe, they'll go back to Full Service AC! NBC Blue?

"Maybe, they'll go back to Full Service AC!"

That would be great, unfortunately it will probably never happen.
Perhaps KEX will move the FM signal to 100.3 and move z100 to 105.9 and call it Z106. Oh, that probable would make too much sense.

Unfortunately, all of Clear Channel's FMs are hopelessly successful, so it will be awhile before there's a KEX-FM, if ever.

  12. So then it must be a KEX programming change? Anyone have the latest daypart ratings? How are their shows doing?

I can only speak for myself when I say, if it wasn't for the big 50 Kw signal, I wouldn't even have KEX in my push buttons.
