  1. What kind of broadcaster just walks away from their radio station, and leaves the transmitter on? The FCC needs to look into this.

Wow, someone's monitoring a small hard rock Christian station in Albany.
How long can a station just throw a carrier with no audio and still be legal?

  3. I believe a long time. KRRC has done the same thing, many times.

  4. Linfield College in McMinnville Kslc does it all the time. Even during the school year when there is no show scheduled!

  5. It's against FCC rules to leave a carrier on, with no audio or legal ID's. These small stations get away with it, because no one is reporting them to the FCC.

I would like KRAD-LP to turn off their transmitter, so the FCC doesn't have to take action.
