Circa 2002-2004 was my first visit to this website. Marconi was the one who introduced me and many of his listeners to this site. Ironically, he was encouraging his listeners to not come here and he would bash this message board on his afternoon show on NRK.

So what gives Marconi, why do you continue to come here and post when all you did back then for what seemed like a coupla days in a row back in the day was to bash this great Portland forum. Then again thanks for introducing me to this great forum because I have met and nurtured some great friendships here.

Used to be a very loyal listener and really tried to like and support your return to the airwaves on KUFO, but just don't care for the format.

With all that said Coni, I respect your talent and your genius ability with production, and voiceovering. I think I still have the Fatboy Slim/Bob Barker mix on cd somewhere.

In regards to Dodger Marconi as much as I have butted heads with Dodger in the past I feel that your showing your ignorance w/ Dodger Coni, because if I am correct Dodger is still and has been on the air longer than your career Marconi!

Finishing I wish you the very best of luck in mornings Marconi always have thought given the right situation you could be successful on mornings.

What I wrote to the Marconi poseur previously applies to you as well. In case you missed it, here's the link for you to dump your toxic waste: http://boards.radio-info.com/smf/. As I said before, that's why it exists.

Unless you *are* that Marconi poseur, operating under a new handle (whatsamatter Marconibologna? Dan kicked you off? Ohhhhhhh, pooooor baby......) then go back and re-read my last post.........

Never thought I'd see this board turn into "little Usenet" but it looks like that's how it's heading.

Marconi..You LOVE radio..that is what makes the difference compared to a clock punching announcer.

For what its worth I managed to listen to the show this morning. I think the game was trying to guess if someone at the Justin Bieber show was gay or not.

Ahh morning radio at its complete worst.

The esteemed 'coni opines:

"i like to jerk your chains. it's entertaining to watch you dullards react the exact same way every time. nothing changes on these boards ever."

Funny, that's what I thought everyone was doing to you, not the other way around. THAT'S what made the thread so entertaining. Sadly, the radio show still isn't.

Oh, "stevethedj", my paycheck DOES come from radio, BTW.

Marconi has a track record of kissing the boss's ass to get someone else time slot..

which reminds me, I need to download the latest Cort and fatboy podcast....

I have worked at Entercom and Fisher with Marconi. He is a pro. What chaps my ass. Is when someone gets on this forum,, and blasts a working pro. These "experts" have never cracked a mike let alone earned a paycheck in radio. I earned paychecks in radio for 34 years. If you don't like the guy too bad. Now all you whiners go out and show us how its done. Get a paying job in radio and give us old pros an education. By the way Marconi, good luck on your new gig.

"
L.O.L., the same dumb shit. Do any of you have anything new to say?
"

Yeah, if you don't have anything constructive to post here, log off this system, go to the Radio Info forums and start dumping all your verbal diarrhoea there, along with all the other cranks and fanatics populating that system. That's what it's there for.

"
Bye, crackers!
"

Okay, about that. See, I actually prefer the term "hacker". "Cracker" is effectively synonymous with "script kiddie", "identification thief" and the generally unfortunate and misguided mass-media definition of "hacker". "Crackers" do not and can never be capable of possessing the skills and knowledge necessary to be an actual "hacker". (Pay a visit to the magazine section of Border's Books, and pick up a copy of "2600" if you are at all curious.) Of course, given the tone you've taken on this board thus far, it appears you write the "cracker" label with some authority.
