While a lot of industry folks post here (I've been lurking for ages) and even more read it, the majority are probably people like myself. I started listening to talk radio every day when I was eight years old (that was almost thirty years ago... ugh) and had a passion at one time as a teenager for going into radio. My knowledge of radio is limited to what I have observed over the decades, what I have been able to educate myself on, and countless discussions with the many friends on and off air in the industry that I'm fortunate enough to have.</p> <p>So more or less, any comments I make are based on those things above and any insights never really deeper than third-hand even from those on the inside.
