This from All Access: ------------------------KTRH's Michael Berry Won't Be Charged In Alleged Hit-And-Run------------------------ CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KTRH-A/HOUSTON host MICHAEL BERRY will not be charged in the alleged hit-and-run incident outside a HOUSTON gay bar on JANUARY 31st, reports the HOUSTON CHRONICLE. The paper says that a source not wishing to be identified told it that prosecutors have been unable to locate the club bouncer who reported to police that his car had been hit by BERRY's car, and paint samples from the bouncer's car did not match BERRY's car. Attorney DICK DEGUERIN, representing BERRY, said that he had arranged for payment for the bouncer's car to be repaired and said, "The DA's office has declined to prosecute. The complainant has signed a release. The case is over with. I don't think it was ever a case." DEGUERIN added that BERRY did not know that he had scraped the other man's car when he drove away.

I've been here 334 posts like it sez right there--long enough check other people's threads before i start my own, esp when the other thread only just left page one. Go to that earlier thread and read the original story, you posted a half baked followup report that leaves important stuff out like the comments of the bouncer who watched Berry total his Passat, and the video which shows the whole incident.
