I didn't have a say in it; she disappeared, and told me about it after the fact. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about it and grieve, and for a long time I was extremely depressed. Suicidal. That said, I believe in a woman's right to decide her own reproductive health decisions. Doesn't mean I LIKE it, because it still haunts me, but it's not my place to do so, and I refuse to. The only one I would want to die in the scenario with the nine-year-girl is the guy who sexually assaulted her. And if that was my daughter, I would make damn sure he was dead myself.
